DJ Galen Wade / Playlist / Weathervane Inn (S. Egremont, MA) - June 6, 2009 [4 - 7 PM]
This was a family bar-b-que and picnic combo High School Graduation and birthday party. For a while, the band I was in rehearsed in the barn here, so I knew the owner. When I was setting up, he alluded to the fact that there would be 'elderly parents' there - and that he and his friends were Deadheads. When i went home to change, I grabbed my 'Stagedoor Cantina: The War Years' records, and a few Grateful Dead LPs. Good thing. Nice mellow crowd, ranging from elders to teens. Classic music on a beautiful sunny day.
